A typical example of a Fedility radio that concentrates more on price than quality. Lots of buttons to press and dials to look at with passable SW performance but reasonable VHF performance thanks to quite a large speaker. This radio was purchased at yet another car-boot sale for the princely sum of £3. The radio had previously been "repaired" by the addition of another telescopic aerial which had curiously been fitted on the opposite side of the top panel to the original. The original aerial was damaged but the bottom section was still inside the radio. The replacement was fitted through a hole drilled through the aluminium top panel and consequently shunted all the RF it collected from the Ether to ground. Not a very satisfactory repair!!!
